The energy audit guideline is developed based on Circular 25 on energy audits. This guideline is implemented under the framework of the Energy Partnership Program between Vietnam and Denmark 2020-2025 (DEPP3 Program) to provide additional guidance and requirements for conducting energy audits. The document includes a general guideline and 10 annexes for 10 specific industrial sectors.
